3. Photo Storage and Deletion

Photos you upload are stored securely on our servers. To optimize storage costs and improve performance:

• Photos are automatically cached to your device when viewed
• Photos may be deleted from our servers 30 days after a Memory ends, if all members have cached them locally
• You can save photos to your device's gallery at any time
• Photos remain on your device even after server deletion

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Memory Members: Photos and content you share are visible to other members of the Memories you create or join
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our app (for example cloud storage, payment processing)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
