• Capture and share photos with friends
• View photos with a delayed reveal feature
• Manage friend connections

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Capture a license to:

• Store and display your content within the app
• Share your content with members of Memories you join
• Process and optimize your content for app functionality

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Subscription Terms

Capture offers premium subscriptions with additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled according to App Store or Play Store policies

5.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
